Which shipping company will deliver my order?

 

• Your order will be shipped  via Royal Mail. It is not possible to choose a shipping company at this moment.

 

• Estimated delivery dates are provided on the "My Cart" and "Order Confirmation" pages.

 

• Once your order is shipped, we'll send a confirmation email that allows you to check the status of your delivery.

 

 

Are deliveries made on public holidays?

 

• Shipping companies only deliver on business days.

 

What time will the product I bought be delivered?

 

Between 9 am and 6 pm from Monday to Saturday, except on holidays.

 

Where Is My Shipment?

 

• When your order is delivered to the shipping company, you will receive an update by e-mail.
